Welcome to England's Finest

News: So... Vile Evils is no more, and the forthcoming Vive Le Vile Evils album is no longer being released as Graham has now revived Pop Will Eat Itself, with many of the Vile Evils tracks to be used for the forthcoming PWEI album due to be released this year (tracks which were originally planned to be PWEI tracks anyway, before the original split).

Of the original Poppies only Graham has remained, so it's definitely a new era for PWEI. As the Poppies are now back, there's now a new official PWEI site, which is at pwei.info, as well as an official message board up at pweiworldservice.com. Graham's statement regarding the end of Vile Evils and reformation of PWEI is up here. And yes, the Designers Republic are back on board designing the artwork too.

Update: It seems that the sites are still down and the news update that was due to arrive in May has failed to materialise. Also, the two U.S. gigs that were scheduled are apparently cancelled. In the meantime, Axe Of Men 2010 has been released as a CD/DVD bundle collecting Vile Evils work as well as new remixes of the Cure For Sanity track. It's available now from the dPulse store.

Site News: A couple of PC wallpapers have been added, Can U Dig It? and Dos Dedos Mis Amigos. Update: And add This Is The Day... to that too.
